MatterCity has four districts where players could purchase land parcels:

Commercial Land Parcels

Commercial land parcels exist in Arch District and Old Town, and they allow you to:

• Promote your brand, showcase your product/service/achievement, and connect with your fans

• Create a virtual community hub for your DAO members or loyal customers (and make it only accessible with your NFTs)

• Rent the space out to others

By owning a commercial land parcel, you get automatic access to our MatterCreator so you could easily design your own virtual space. A dashboard is also provided for you to manage your products/NFTs, track user behaviors, and reward your members/customers.

To get the commercial land parcels, you could:

• Participate in our community to get into our whitelist for land pre-sale (join/follow us to learn more here)

• Directly purchase the land from the platform (a certain number of land parcels will be released each week until all available land parcels are in circulation)

• Purchase the land from other players through an exchange (like Opensea)

• Rent the land from other players (who are usually metaverse real estate developers)

Matterverse has reserved some lands in the key area for our strategic partners in the early stage. Reach out to us if you own a top NFT project or CPG brand and want to explore partnership opportunities.

[̲̅$̲̅(⊗̃ ͜ʖ⊗̃)̲̅$̲̅] Zone Land Parcels

Entertainment land parcels exist in the [̲̅$̲̅(⊗̃ ͜ʖ⊗̃)̲̅$̲̅]Zone, and they allow you to

• Create your branded virtual interactive experiences

• Deploy your own GameFi project on Matterverse

While the size of land in the [̲̅$̲̅(⊗̃ ͜ʖ⊗̃)̲̅$̲̅] Zone is limited, there is not a fixed amount of entertainment land parcels because you could submit an application directly to the platform (reviewed either by the founding team or the metaverse DAO) and rent the land

Residential Land Parcels

While all players with an Explorer or a Pioneer Passport could have a player home, only the ones owned by the Pioneer players could exist in the Spire and be considered residential land parcels. Residential land parcels will give players access to more advanced features in our editor and more design templates. They can also be made public so that anyone could tour your space with our cloud-rendering platform.

You could get a residential land parcel in the following approach, the same as how you could get a Pioneer Passport

• Participate in our community to get into our whitelist for Pioneer Passport pre-sale (join/follow us to learn more here)

• Purchase the Pioneer Passport in our passport public sales - note: Matterverse will not reserve Pioneer Passports to release after the public sales and you will not be able to rent the apartment space from other players as well

• Purchase the Pioneer Passport from other players through an exchange (like Opensea)
